Payment authorization
By submitting a purchase through an available payment method, you authorize payment of the amount displayed and confirm that you are permitted to use that method. Delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin their handling window on the next business day.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request window, ordinary return condition, handling of damage, defects and incorrect items, shipping responsibilities and refund timing. No restocking fee applies.
