What are the notes made from?
Our pads use 80 gsm uncoated paper with a water-based removable pressure-sensitive adhesive and paper packaging. Sizes and pack contents are listed on each product page.
Can I choose a paper layout?
Yes. Choose Blank or Dot Grid before adding a product to your cart. Each pad contains 100 sheets.
Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin their handling window on the next business day.
What are the shipping charges and checkout tax?
Standard shipping and checkout tax are both $0.00. No additional shipping tier is offered.
Can I return my purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Obtain authorization before returning to our address in France. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email [email protected] with your order number, issue and photographs if available. The ordinary unused-condition requirement does not prevent reporting damage, defects or incorrect items.
When is an approved refund issued?
Following receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How do I care for the paper?
Store flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep adhesive edges free of dust. Test a small area before applying to delicate or finished surfaces. Keep paper storage boxes dry and clean with a dry cloth.
